Bank Mandate
Bank
mandate amended to remove Mrs Sue Griffin from countersigning cheques and
adding Mr David Lofthouse.
2.
Notice Board / Information Board
Sizes
and materials were discussed. The letter from RTDAP was discussed. There is a
possibility that a number (possibly three) information boards may be available
free of charge for siting at various points in the village.
The
chosen notice board was an Iroko board, size 4'3" x 2'10", ref DN
from Greenbarns Ltd modular range.
It
was agreed that we would wait for the outcome of the RTDAP proposal before
placing an order for our notice board.
3.
Letter from Annie Williams
Request
for permission to ride a pony in the playing field. This was also requested
approximately six years ago and was refused then. Reasons given include damage
to turf, etc and the fact that dogs are not allowed into the playing field.
4.
Play Equipment
Range
of play equipment discussed including climbing frame, tractor tyre, replacement
of goal posts, basketball net etc. Meeting to be called 11:00 am Sunday 3rd
August 2003 to discuss this matter further.
