Meeting called to discuss the installation of the concrete base and erection of the basketball net in the playing field on Normanby Rise.

1. Three quotes have been obtained for installation of the concrete base.

2. An extension to the end of June has been granted by WLDC due to soft ground in playing field.

3. Agreed to accept lowest quote if the job can be done within the timescale, or else accept the second then third lowest if necessary. The Clerk to produce a written order for the Chairman to send to the chosen builder.

4. The Clerk to order the basketball net and support from Playquest Ltd

5. The Parish Council agreed to make up the shortfall from the grant from WLDC.

6. The pavilion on the playing field has had the door damaged and shelving ripped out from inside. Captain Paul Jones from the Church Army Group has agreed to pay for the damage caused.
