Claxby Fete

Sunday afternoon, July 18th 2010.

The 2010 fete will be held on the playing field on Normanby Rise. Full details will be published in the village newsletters and here on the parish council web site.

The fete is being held to raise funds for the Parish Council and for whatever the villagers of Claxby wish to spend the proceeds on. The village hall is in constant need of repairs and funds are essential. The Parish Council is hoping to raise funds to repair the roof.

There will be all sorts to do on the day, games, attractions, car boot sale, raffle, tombola, bric-a-brac stalls, craft stalls, face painting, cake stall, and lots of other things to do.

Refreshments will be available, tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits and of course an ice-cream man because it is going to be a super hot day!!

There will be ample car parking available during the afternoon.
